Mary joined PSE from El Paso Electric (EPE), where she served as chief executive officer since 2015 and president since 2014. With EPE since 2007, Mary held a variety of leadership roles throughout the company, including General Counsel, regulatory and rates, risk management, human resources, external affairs, customer care, environmental and safety.

Prior to EPE, Mary was a prosecuting attorney for the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) for four years, investigating and prosecuting violations of federal energy laws. Mary also worked as a lawyer at El Paso Natural Gas Company and at Greenberg Traurig, LLP.

Mary is a member of the Board of Directors and the Sustainability and Audit Committees of Boston Properties. She is also a member of the Board of Directors and Audit Committee of Hawaiian Electric Company. Mary serves as co-chair of the Edison Electric Institute’s Institute for Electric Innovation. She is a past Deputy Chair of the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas, former chair of SEPA (Smart Electric Power Alliance) and former Vice Chair of the Board of Directors of the Alliance to Save Energy.

Mary received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Williams College, a Juris Doctor degree from The University of Texas School of Law, and is an alumnus of Exeter College, Oxford University.

Prior to joining PSE in July 2023, Aaron served as vice president of Utility Partnerships and Innovation at Pacific Gas & Electric (PG&E). He was responsible for non-traditional utility partnerships, research and development, solutions management, load management, clean energy transportation and business development. Prior to that, he was responsible for the strategy, design, implementation, and effectiveness of PG&E's energy programs including energy efficiency, demand response, distributed generation, low income and clean transportation. He also had oversight over PG&E's account management team for small, mid-market, and large commercial business, and agriculture accounts, as well as business development and local customer experience programs, including wildfire customer engagement for Customer Care. Under his leadership at PG&E, his teams earned national recognition, including the Edison Electric Institute’s (EEI) National Key Accounts Team of the Year award, the MSI Business Customer Champion award, and the Chartwell Gold Customer Service Awards for small and mid-size business experience delivery.

Aaron earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from California State University, East Bay, and is a graduate of the Energy Executive Course at the University of Idaho and the Organizational Leadership Executive Program at Stanford University School of Business.

Prior to joining PSE, Kim held executive roles inside and outside of the utility industry. From 2009 to 2016, she served as deputy director of Seattle Public Utilities, where she was the Officer responsible for human resources, environmental justice and service equity, safety and HR operations, and data management. Prior to that, she was director of human resources for Cox Communications in Phoenix, Arizona. She’s also held roles with The Dial Corporation, Motorola and Kinko’s, Inc.

Kim is chair of the board for the Puget Sound Energy Foundation and serves on the Advisory Board for the Energy Executive Course of the College of Business and Economics at the University of Idaho.

She also serves as a member of the African American Advisory Council for the Bellevue Police Department and as a Community Representative for the Independent Force Investigation Team of King County, WA.

Kim has a bachelor’s degree in business from The College of New Jersey. She is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from the HR Certification Institute.

Dan has more than 40 years of experience in the utility and electric transmission industry. Before joining PSE in 2011, he was CEO of Wisconsin Sports Development Corp., in Madison, Wisconsin. Prior to that, he served as vice president, CFO and treasurer of American Transmission Company, which owns and operates the high-voltage electric transmission system in portions of Wisconsin, Michigan, Minnesota and Illinois from 2000-2009. He also held several executive positions with Alliant Energy Corp., the Madison-based public utility holding company of electric and natural gas utilities between1992-2000. In his early career, Dan served as controller of Central Vermont Public Service Corp. and as a senior audit manager in the regulated industries division of Arthur Andersen in Chicago.

Dan earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Michigan State University and a Master of Business Administration degree from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. He is also a licensed certified public accountant.

Josh joined PSE in 1998 and has held many roles at the company, including customer service, procurement, energy supply, and grid operations. He most recently served as director of Generation and Transmission Development, where he was responsible for leading PSE’s development of company-owned generation and transmission assets and optimizing transmission capacity. Prior to that, he led PSE’s customer transformation initiative called Get to Zero, a multi-year effort focused on improving various aspects of PSE’s customer experience. Josh also served as the lead for PSE’s CAISO EIM implementation, directing both the technology and policy initiatives for PSE’s entrance into the market in 2016.

Josh is a graduate of Northwest University in Kirkland, Washington, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration.

Lorna has over 20 years of utility experience and has held multiple roles throughout her long tenure at PSE, including deputy general counsel, assistant general counsel and director of PSE’s environmental services department. Lorna has led the company on complex litigation, compliance, regulatory issues, environmental strategy, climate change policy and mitigation, energy infrastructure siting, permitting, due diligence, and dispute resolution matters with additional experience with real estate, energy, contracts, municipal and transactional legal work. Prior to joining PSE, Lorna worked in private law practice representing a variety of clients on environmental, energy, regulatory and compliance matters. Prior to law school Lorna worked as a hydrogeologist for an engineering firm.

Lorna received a Bachelor of Arts degrees in geology and economics from Cornell University and a Juris Doctor degree from Lewis & Clark Law School with a certificate in Environmental Natural Resources Law, and is a graduate of the University of Washington Executive Management program. She is an active member of the community, serving in various roles with youth, education and conservation.

Jamie brings nearly two decades of utility finance and operations leadership experience. She previously led PG&E's effort to underground 10,000 miles of electric distribution lines to reduce wildfire risk. Prior to that appointment she held executive roles at PG&E that included vice president, Business Finance and Planning, where she led a team of 200 people and had responsibility for planning, forecasting and performance management, as well as enterprise-wide continuous improvement and change management initiatives. She also held executive leadership roles that include vice president, Supply Chain and Chief Procurement Officer; director, Economic and Project Analysis; and director, Investor Relations.

Jamie earned a bachelor's degree in finance from the University of San Francisco and is a trustee of the University. 

He has been instrumental in developing PSE’s regulatory strategy and working to incorporate PSE’s and the state’s commitments to clean energy and equity. He and his team played a key role in the successful outcome of our 2022 general rate case.

Jon’s work is essential to achieving our PSE 2030 goals and being our customers’ clean energy partner of choice.

Prior to joining PSE in 2008, Jon served as the managing director of Economic Analysis for EES Consulting and was the owner of Economic & Financial Strategies, LLC.

Jon earned a Master of Arts in Economics from the University of Colorado, Boulder, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Pacific Lutheran University.

A renewable energy expert with more than 20 years of experience in business development, Craig leads PSE’s efforts to acquire utility-scale resources in line with our obligations under the state’s Clean Energy Transformation Act and PSE’s aspirational goal of being a Beyond Net Zero Carbon energy company by 2045.

Craig joined PSE in 2023 from Terra-Gen where he served as vice president, head of Wind Development since 2017. With experience in all major U.S. power markets, Craig has led efforts across the renewable project development cycle, from identifying and acquiring greenfield project sites, negotiating portfolio-level strategic partnerships, and managing technical and financial due diligence processes, to negotiating major equipment supply contracts, executing on project deliveries, and closing tax equity and debt financing agreements.

At Terra-Gen, in addition to his project development responsibilities, Craig led the company’s government and regulatory outreach efforts across technologies. Prior to joining Terra-Gen in 2016, Craig co-led NRG Energy’s utility-scale renewables business development activities. Craig joined NRG from Edison International, where he was responsible for renewable project origination, development, and acquisition for Edison Mission Energy. He holds a Master of Arts degree in Economics from Wichita State University.

Ron has worked in engineering, long range planning, construction management, environmental health and safety, and permitting in the mining, chemical and utility generation industries. He brings to PSE a strong focus on safety, excellent operational leadership skills, and a commitment to helping PSE become our customers’ clean energy provider of choice.

Ron graduated from the Colorado School of Mines with a BSc in Mining Engineering and a minor in Economics. He serves on the boards of the PSE Foundation and the Northwest Gas Association.

Prior to that, Matt served in senior policy roles for both Governor Jay Inslee and Governor Chris Gregoire. In between his service to the two Governors, Matt was a senior vice president at Strategies 360, leading work in several states for a number of national and regional energy, technology and industrial manufacturing clients. He began his work in Washington state as a policy advisor in the Office of the Attorney General.

Matt is a graduate of the University of California at San Diego and has a master’s degree in public administration from the Evans School at the University of Washington, where he also enjoys teaching.

Simon is also a partner at Fortium Partners, a technology executive leadership firm. He joined Fortium after two years as chief operating officer and chief information officer at Solomon Partners, a boutique investment bank. Prior to that, he worked for 22 years at Credit Suisse, where he served in a variety of executive leadership roles, including chief operating officer, chief information officer and chief administrative officer of the Investment Bank. As a financial services professional, he is FINRA Series 7 and 24 registered.

Simon graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Computing and Informatics from the University of Plymouth in the United Kingdom. He is active in the local community and currently serves as a board member of Cents Ability, a New York City-based nonprofit dedicated to educating and empowering high school students to achieve their goals through the prudent and informed management of their financial resources. He is a licensed private pilot with 20 years of flying experience. Simon also enjoys skiing, classic cars, cycling, and is an avid follower of Formula One racing.

Michelle joined PSE in July 2023 from Seattle City Light, where she served as Chief Operating Officer responsible for all utility transmission, distribution and system operations functions. Prior to that, she held a number of leadership roles, including Deputy Chief Operating Officer, and as a director in both Transmission and Distribution and Generation Operations and Engineering. Before joining Seattle City Light in 2013, Michelle worked in business development for the LNG and industrial gases industry and spent five years as an engineering officer in the United States Army.

Michelle is a licensed professional engineer with an MBA from The University of Chicago. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the United States Military Academy and is a graduate of the Energy Executive Course at the University of Idaho.
